“Kingsmill Resort was a beautiful setting. The location was great - very close to major attractions. The condo was very clean with comfortable, lovely furnishings. The en suite bedrooms and common area were a perfect fit for our 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay.”

“Very nice apartment. Well outfitted. Close to many restaurants , all price levels. Children upstairs were noisy but they quieted down around 9:00 pm. We enjoyed having room to spread out. I’d stay here again.”

“This is an adorable house that has a soothing color scheme and is clean and comfortable. The weather for our short spring break escape was very cold and windy but our dog would still rate the experience as 5 stars! She loved her beach experience and appreciated the dog toy left in the welcome basket, too. We would highly recommend this rental.”

“We stayed here for a basketball tournament. We were four adults and 5 middle school girls. The location was perfect,plenty of room. We had a minor confusion about the parking, but then were able to figure it out and everything was fine. There were plenty of towels, just basic, and the roof deck was very nice. I'm pretty particular about towels, so I would probably bring my own next time. LOL We would stay again and it was perfect for team bonding. Lots of stairs, so that could be an issue for...

The assigned parking space was convenient, but quite tight, even with a smaller vehicle. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Overall somewhere we would stay again, or recommend to others!”
