"This place was adorable. Just like the photos. Bed comfortable and full size was fine for me and my husband. Check in was a breeze. Clear instructions for check in and out. Well stocked. We could hear footsteps and the toilet flush upstairs but no big deal. Nothing I can think of to change. We hope to come back!"

"Great location for a weekend getaway in Charlottesville. Beautiful and comfortable house. We knew in advance the train rolls by a couple times a day so was not surprised. It was fine for us but definitely rattles the house. A few things would put it over the top. More than 4 hangers for the whole house. Hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Couple sharp knives. Overall a very try nice stay and recommend it."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Our host was amazing and the property manager was on top of everything. Our unit was perfectly remodelled and very clean. They didn’t miss a beat with anything. The property was in a great location has stunning grounds. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Bill and Cynthia are such amazing hosts and the property inside and out exemplifies it. What a great place to stay for some serious rural R&R! The property was very clean. They have thought of everything one would need for a delightful get away. If you forgot anything, just ask and they are sure to help one way or another. The Fresh eggs, courtesy of their chickens, were a treat and the farm animals are such fun…esp Posy, Zoey and Hemingway. We hope to return soon for a longer retreat! Thank you...
