"property was in the perfect location for us. didn't realize we needed to adjust the hvac settings; it was set to "fan/ on" instead of auto. so we listened to the hvac, that was in our closet, all night... other than my wife and myself in the king bedroom not getting much sleep, it's a nice place."

"Nice house. Long walk to front door for elderly. One bedroom upstairs very nice but warm, not enough countertop space in bathroom. Small shower hard to enter and exit. Kitchen nice and well stocked. Great wraparound porch. Bedrooms downstairs very small, no closet in one. Huge house but space not well utilized ."
