"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

"This is a small place but OK for a couple. Bathroom was tight but adequate. Be aware that the kitchenette is quite small with no cooktop or oven, although the fridge is pretty large. Only slight hiccup was at checking in where we followed the instructions to get the key under the mat--but there was no key. We then spent 5 minutes trying to find the key, as well as trying to locate a way to call the host--before randomly trying the door and it was already unlocked. Otherwise everything was as...

"Just steps away from the ocean, cozy little cottage with the comforts of home. The quiet, airy bedroom made a rainy day in Maine a great day to recover after some fun in the sun. 20-30 minutes away from Portland made it easy to have the best of both worlds. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The property was updated and very clean. The pillows were not very good, but the bed was great! The location was not where we anticipated. It was very easy checking in and out."

"The unit has a really nice view of downtown and the pier. Cool view of the ferris wheel lit up at night. At first glance, the unit is nicely decorated. However, it needs to be refreshed - there are chunks missing out of the walls, things falling apart, ongoing water damage next to the tub. Maintenance from the building came by on the first morning of the stay to check on the kitchen sink because there was a massive leak happening to the unit below. "This is our second stay at this unit and it was the best. We love the location, it's great to have view of beach and just be a few minutes walk into town. Everything is welcoming at the unit.
