There’s a lot of great amenities within the hotel and a couple spots that are within walking distance. You mostly get what you’re paying for, however, I wish there was more attention/consistency in the cleanliness of the rooms. They didn’t stop by our room each night which meant no refill on shampoo/soap and no one to ask for an extra towel. The first floor seems well maintained so I think the rooms should match as well.

Where do I start? We waited 45 minutes to check in, then we get to the room and the key doesn’t work. We go back downstairs and go straight to front desk clerk and the gentleman yells at us to get back in the line, instead of correcting their mistake, programming the key correctly and sending us to enjoy our first time in Las Vegas. We are told to get back to the end of the line to wait another 45 minutes. Horrible customer service!!! Then we get to the room and it smelled like old feet but we lit some candles and freshened it up until we realized the stench would not go away because the jacuzzi, shower, sink and toilet were backing up into each other… We had to downgrade and change rooms because they didn’t have another suite comparable. We get there and it smelled also but bearable, we understood this is what it is here… Also we had no more patience to deal with any more incompetence, we settled… Figuring it’s just one more day and night. Walking around area BEWARE AND BE AWARE!!!!! A couple attempted to rob us. There are a lot of homeless and people looking to rob and take advantage in this area. It’s not a busy are either like where the Tropicana is t or all the way downtown Vegas… the worst of it is the time share people attacking u every 5 steps. No exaggeration, every 5 steps. You can’t even walk through the casino to gamble without the aggressive pursuit to get you to spend your time at a time share. Stay any where else but here!!!

We had no problem with our room the roach we saw crawling in the hallway as we were checking out was pretty creepy I mean how does a roach live in the hallway ?? Also I wish that there was at least one non smoking casino/ hotel maybe there is and I’m not aware of it
