The property was very nice. It has a beautiful fountain outside, perfect for photos. Only thing I didn’t like is that the pool was dirty and we couldn’t get in.

The property was clean, staff friendly and a chocolate cookie, warm upon arrival. I was there for 1 night spent most of my time downtown ...There wasn't anything near by, not even a waffle house. You definitely need transportation, your own vehicle preferably.

The staff, although understaffed, was polite and accommodating. The first night was a challenge due to a barking dog next door in the middle of the night. There is little soundproofing from the hallways because there is a large gap letting in light and sound around the door. We rectified this stuffing a towel underneath. The coffee was good. The breakfast buffet looked good although we didn’t partake in it.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't the greatest location for Chicago but for being close to the airport and the arena which was the main reason for our visit it was perfect.
