Needs some TLC

The hotel staff was very friendly, hotel just needs some maintanance work done - it was clean but everything just had kind of an old run down look to it. My room was clean, but the only one available was a smoking room, and as I’m not a smoker the smell was a little overwhelming. The comforter on the bed was pretty worn out, but the sheets were clean and fresh. Turned the heater on the first night and the smoke detector went off... lol

Good value

The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. Many families were there when we were, as well as all other ages of travelers. The breakfast was adequate and the waffles were quite good.

You may want to bring your own pillow, for maximum comfort.

Won’t go back!

The housekeeping and security of this hotel was terrible! I received no service to my room, returning to dirty towels and unmade beds. The security lock on the door was broken. I complained to the management about both things and nothing was done during my stay. When informed of the problems, there was no attempt made to correct them, nor was any compensation made, even when I requested it.

Good Valley Location

For a family this is a great hotel! The pool was well maintained with not an overwhelming chlorine smell and there’s a restaurant right out the front door. I will definitely use it again if I’m in need for the Spokane Valley!

Noisy all night long from other guests

Doors were slamming all night long. Breakfast only runs to 9:00 AM. At 8:45 AM there was no juice left. The fruit was gone. Guests were carrying out food that left none for other guests.

Nice stay at good price.

Nice stay & the kids love free cookies at reception desk. Cozy business office with free copy & fax to use when we need it. Good breakfast with hot waffles, hot gravy with meat,fruits etc. Indoor swimming pool is also a plus for the kids after they were done from their soccer games.

Great Time

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had no problems. The breakfast was good as well as the service. It was easy to find and not to far far away from the main activities of Spokane.

Not Impressed

The hotel was clean by hotel standards, but as usual the sheets seemed grungy and the room had a smell to it. The staff at the front desk was less than helpful, even borderline rude, when asking for help, directions or suggestions for places to eat etc.

Okay for the price...

I’ve stayed in many hotels. This was average. Not as bad as a Motel 6, but not nearly as good or up to the standards of the Best Western chain. The breakfast was okay... biscuits and gravy (biscuits served cold, gravy barely warm), waffles, cereal, mini muffins, mini donuts, and mini bagels. The juice from the machine was way too sweet. The indoor pool was nice, a little over chlorinated though. Bathroom was small, sink/counter area was tiny. Under the beds needed a good cleaning... box of raisins and some other stuff. Overall, not bad.

Spokane Valley Mall is pretty close, which is the reason we wanted that area.

Had an really nice time everyone was frendly only bad thing we stayed 3 nights the 2nd day we asked for our room not to be cleaned and the maid did it anyway and moved all our stuff around, she put our wet swimming suits on top of our daughters new shose, not happy about that, other then that everything was fine.

Will not stay there again

Rooms were not very clean, mold in the bathtub, hole in the bedspread, carpet was not clean, other guests were noisy & rude. Went to the free breakfast & they were out of food after an hour, the food was not replenished.

Nice place to spend a night

I got there a day before I was needed to get to Pullman (80 miles away). I came with my GF and her dog. The people there were friendly and the room was clean and nice. I have to say I didn’t had too many expectations..I looked for a cheap-decent place to spend the night; therefore, I found this place as a good option for my needs. They charged $15 for the dog. Great place to spend the night and continue toward your next destination.

Denny’s located 20 feet from the motel’s main- entrance...and so many other restaurants.

Good place when traveling

We stayed in the non-smoking building and the room was fine, the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but everything worked and it was clean. There were a microwave and refrigerator. The room was quiet as it did not face the road. Breakfast was ample with waffles, biscuits and gravy plus the basics. The other building also has what looks like a very nice pool.

OK but not great

Very noisy, kids playing in the halls untilll midnite, even though i asked them to stop and talked to there parents and hotel staff, did not recieve clean towels, bed was lumpy but not a bad price and a good location

Good place to stay, if you like no frills

This place is a good, cheaper bed in the area. It was a little bit loud however, lots of people and thin walls. We only stayed from midnight to four am, got just enough sleep to get moving when the screaming high schoolers.

Would stay again

this was our first time at a Super 8 and I was pleasantly surprised. The pool area was bright and clean. The rooms were clean and the hotle staff was friendly. My only know would be that the beds were a little hard but I wasn’t expecting the Westin.

This is fairly close to the Spokane Valley Mall area which has great shopping and dining and it is close to the Plantes Ferry Soccer Complex.

Staff was friendly, room was average, difficult to get in and out of due to location.

It appears the room was last rented to a smoker and there was odor that made me sick the whole time I spent in the room.

To whom it may concern. overall I and friends were quite happy with the room. Some concerns though. The air conditioning was not quite keeping up with the weather. The carpets were fairly dirty, so we did not go barefoot much. The pool had too much clorine in it. I could not open my eyes under water as they burned. The pool room could have had some ventelation, felt very mugy and hot, yes I know it is summer, but being able to open some of the windows would have been nice. I will be going back to Spokane again in the future for classes and will probably stay there. People were very nice there at the motel, helpful when asked questions. I very much appreciate that I can have my dog there. Thank You!

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

We enjoyed the Dollar store and Marie Callenders. It was nice that there were places to eat the was reasonable. The price of the Motel was reasonable also.
