“The room was very clean and exactly what we needed. We were there for a sports tournament and when we mentioned we had to be at the complex for 7am they said they would have breakfast ready for 630. This helped so many parents the next day. Completely unexpected and above and beyond customer service ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was actually warm (which isn’t always the case!), and that made my 12-year-old granddaughter so happy. It’s very kid-friendly and perfect for families. The location is also a huge plus — it’s right next door to the theater and Tropical Falls, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient and easy.”

“This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. ”

“Beautiful Brand New Hotel and so was our room. So very clean and I absolutely had a Fantastic! Good night dleep in the amazingly confy bed. Loved the bathroom and dining area. I recomme d makeup wipes for the bathroom and a couple bottles of complimentary water next to the coffee maker. Pool was amazing and outdoor fire pit area was very comfy.”
