Hotel is nice and around a good bit of things so you don't have to drive far out for food or shopping. Check in was smooth and front desk person was very sweet. Our room nice and quiet, bed were very comfortable. Only complaint was in our trash can they had tongue scrapers which was weird and the bathroom had all the big towels but only 1 small wash clothe

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and felt safe. The pool was a huge hit with my kids, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. I loved that it was only about a 10-minute drive to Gulf Shores, so we could enjoy the beach without paying beachfront prices. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, which made everything convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay on the Alabama coast.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place deserves one! I get nervous staying in hotels because I have really high expectations on cleanliness. This place exceeded my expectations! It was so so clean! From the floors, bathrooms, and the beds, everything was top of the line. The employees were also very kind ! Will be staying here again!

We had a 3 day stay and never once was the room cleaned. No trash was removed. We had to go to front desk for towels 2 nights and was told to gather our dirty towels, put in a trash bag and leave outside the door. We also told them body wash container was empty but it never was refilled. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping was nonexistent.
