“The pool and hot tub were closed, and when I asked about the hot tub the woman at the front desk said it's been down for years. It was the main reason we chose this hotel, I felt tricked. I could have found something cheaper that didn't offer pool/hot tub but ended up paying for a service that's been out of order for years. Wasted my money.”

“Good for a one night stay”

“No water pressure in room . Breakfast was very sad”

“Great”

“Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or……

“This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the room and property was clean more like an apartment. We stayed during Halloween so there was a party that I don’t think was authorized it hit a little loud and people were in and out but it’s a college town. Eventually it was shutdown and peace was restored. Would stay again!”

“Room was nice and clean. Parked right outside our room. Breakfast was nice in the morning.”

“great experience, room was excellent, respectful employees,”
