“We were pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated accommodations at the Sea Latch. We have been coming up to York Beach for 30+ years. We usually rent a home but plans changed and we decided to come up for a long weekend. We were a group of 14 divided into 4 families/4 rooms. We booked it two weeks in advance. We had some minor hiccups with our reservation - one party paid for a Deluxe studio but got a standard room instead. Unfortunately they were booked solid and could not accommodate……

“This hotel is honestly the best around! It’s convenient to everything around and the staff is awesome! John is great and super cool and helpful. Place was perfectly clean and smelled amazing the whole time. Pool and how tub are great size and always perfect temperatures! We will be staying here every time. I recommend this hotel to everyone!”

“Clean, quiet, family friendly. Perfect location for those looking to stay just on the edge of town and off main or shore street crowds. But still a short walk from anything and everything - even Perkins Cove! However, if kids or older adults, a trolly or golf cart might be a better option for the hike to Perkins. Resort had everything we needed and then some. Could stand some minor updates and a full list of everything included with stay (we didn’t know bikes were available to us until check……

“The outside of the building is dated, as to be expected. The rooms were modern, extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were extremely warm, yet professional. I would stay here again.”
