“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you……

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. ”

“Front desk clerk tried to be helpful. 2 people came in and interrupted our check in. One was a person complaining. The room we were assigned smelled like smoke, was unlocked when we got there and the smoke alarm was dismantled. My daughter and I felt unsafe”
