Very clean, great beds, roomy, very substantial breakfast. Loved the location near the metro/Amtrak station, and easy walk down King Street. Free trolley stopped right outside the hotel.

It's always a risk traveling to an unfamiliar area, and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and location. I traveled with my husband and son and we went to a nearby Mexican restaurant for a delicious dinner.

We booked our stay after I had a surgical procedure. We were thoroughly pleased with our hotel choice. The facility was very clean. The color choices throughout the hotel were uplifting and calming. The deco was modern and fresh. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus for being close to so many shopping/food options and easy access to the interstate! We would definitely book again for leisure or a weekend getaway!

I love this hotel. It is so close to Branch Avenue Metro Station. Just 20 minutes by subway green line from the station to D.C Smithsonian museums. This hotel is the perfect place to travel to DC and to come back and rest. Free parking, free breakfast, neat room, swimming pool, fitness center, powerful A/C, microwave in the room. How can I ask more? It is the best hotel I could get within a $150 budget around DC. I once tried an Inn near Roslynn metro station in Virginia and it was awful though...

I had never stayed in a hostel before, but I was coming to town to do research at the National Archives, and did not need a whole hotel room that I was never going to be in. The beds were comfortable, all of the other guests were respectful and clean, and I got to interact with a variety of people from different places. The internet connection was fast and strong throughout the building, and there was plenty of other entertainment - i.e., TV, games, books, etc - available if you didn't have any...

This hotel is in a great location for visiting famous landmarks, just a 6-minute walk from the White House. The stay was great. Check in was easy we arrived late in the night about 9:30pm we were tired. Our room was spacious and clean with clean bathrooms and filled containers of lotion and hand soap. The bed was comfortable. We did not get to try breakfast that morning because we left prior to the start of weekend breakfast.
