“This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation. ”

“I nice Victorian theme hotel. They had a beautiful garden area behind the hotel.”

“The staff was rude. Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. This went on until……

“No power under TV which made it impossible to work on my laptop and charger my phone and tablet. Only one USB charger worked in the room.only one AC outlet worked in the room! Disappointing😔”

“We requested a ground floor room with the spa tub. We were told there were "5 or 6" stairs. We both have physical issues. There were probably 10 stairs to get to the room. It was not easy. The key card took several times to work; the door handle was loose.”
