“Horrible experience from jump. Hair in the bed and tub, instead of correcting that issue the owner gave a housekeeping lesson in the room. Him and the gentleman left and that hair was still in the her and tub. I had to depart a day early due to a medical emergency. I was told I would be credited back $159.00 by the evening customer service. I called 3 days later and said that was incorrect. I checked out at 4:30 and that was consider a stay. I cleaned the room myself, remove all trash and all……

“Construction Poorly kept grounds View out window was unsightly construction. Somewhat upset not being told about the construction site. The breakfast bar was excellent!!!”

“I had stayed at this property previously, but will not be staying here again. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable enough. Plenty of towels, although they were very, very thin. More like something you would relegate to car-washing rags. After checking in, I went to my car to retrieve my luggage. There was a *very* disheveled man, barefoot, seemingly unhoused, walking across the parking lot, who sat down on the steps adjacent to the side entrance. As I approached, laden with luggage,……

“This is a very clean place to stay. The laundry facilities were like an upscale laundromat. The staff was helpful.”

“The clerk at the desk was too busy on his phone to deal with me and my booking. Then they added charges not listed on Expedia. I felt like I was being scammed with extra fees for my dogs. Even trying to add rooms to make the excess dogs fees not being more than the room charges. Overall this is not a pet friendly hotel. They make it seem like they have you at a disadvantage and can overcharge any amount they choose. i would not recommend this location for pet owners.”
