“My stay at this Marriott hotel was as good as usual , BUT unfortunately i was very disappointed with the fact that housekeeping did NOT do their part. They fumbled the ball and we were not provided the service. Bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, trash not thrown out etc. Was not given a reason why this happened and was not provided with a solution. Very uncharacteristic of a Marriott establishment. Will wait to see if there is a response to this mishap. Im usually a very understanding person……

“Our stay at Hoffman Haus was just OK. The breakfast were excellent, and the staff was very accommodating, especially when they provided breakfast early for our departure. However, the property did not quite make our expectations based on the photos and reviews. The accommodations felt more rustic than anticipated and after rain, the gravel parking areas were very muddy, making it difficult to keep the room clean. The room also lacks some practical touches such as floor mats, rugs and bathroom……

“Hotel Giles was perfect! It was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the included breakfast and the location is perfect, next to lots of shops and cafes.”

“okay but nothing great. customer service was weak. we left after the first night due to an emergency at home but we are checking with your insurance coverage that we bought to get a refund on some of it. Thanks VK ”

“This place is fantastic! The breakfast was delicious! We stayed in the “Sunrise “ room which comes with the front porch that has a fantastic view! We will be back!”

“The cabin was perfect. It was clean with lots of room and all of the amenities you need to relax. The hot tub worked perfectly and the view from the back porch was incredible.”
