“Booked last minute and this was our first stay here. We were very happy with the both the cabin, the surroundings and the proximity to Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. There are multiple cabins in the compound and this would be the perfect location for several couples planning to visit the area but who don't want to share a multi-room house. Everything was clean and functional. We stayed in the Hope cabin which I gather is the smallest but we never felt cramped for space. The view out……

“We had a wonderful time at this property! It was a very cozy, unplugged weekend in the hill country. The room was well appointed, and the highlight was the outside area with the hot tub that was very hot and the large firepit with smores. We had a great time and would love to return! ”

“The heater would not work in the house. When my husband walked around outside he noticed parts for the unit were present. We managed to stay comfortable in our warm clothes and jackets. I failed to notice when I booked that fur babies are welcome; I am allergic to pets but fortunately did not have any issues. The front porch view is amazing. Very comfortable and we enjoyed preparing all our meals in the well established kitchen.”

“Weekend started off rough! After traveling nearly 5 hours for a much needed weekend, my husband and I arrived (approximately 1 hour after check in time) to a dirty cabin. Our plans were to rest for a bit after traveling, shower and clean up before going out to eat for the evening. However, we walked in to a smell from trash that had not been emptied, a bed where the covers had been pulled up from the previous guest, wet towels hanging, wash cloths draped in the shower and a wet bath mat.
