“Our room was on the second floor. My husband is disabled. Came to find out the owner had not maintained the elevator for 4 years because he’s too cheap to apply for inspection it has to be fixed. Room sleeps 3 and the bed had no blankets sheets or pillows. The very kind kitchen prepper( no staff on hand and no WiFi info) got us a blanket that had a bowling ball size hole right in the middle. The all paper was peeling on all walls and corners. Room 205. I had to make four trips up 2 flights with……

“Vinyl flooring was coming up in several areas. Felt like it flooded. They tried to screw the buckling boards down. No blackout curtains anywhere, the window treatments were not adequate. The couch was not a couch but an awkward bench. Not comfortable or usable really. ”

“It was a welcome surprise that they provided the coolers as well as the replaceable ice packs. The cooking materials were well equipped as well. The linens and sheets were clean and comfortable.The spacing of the tents is very good for privacy. I would only suggest a few things to make it better for future guests. An EV charger would be convenient for those who drive EV cars . Aside from bicycles, maybe add an ATV or golf carts for rent so families can enjoy roaming the property together……
