Overall, I think this was one of the best options if not the best in the area. The café in the sister hotel was convenient but no room service / delivery available. Check-in ends in the evening and lockboxes are available to collect key cards when checking in later. Rooms are sepatated by swinging door to eliminate ambient noise from the lobby and restaurants. The hotel smelled clean but there were missed areas (hair throughout bathroom). The bed was immediately in front of the door which was awkward and the curtains / shades did not close

Lovely opulent spacious rooms with deep tubs and the staff are quick to respond on any issues or questions. The fireplace was so cozy, lots of comfy pillows on the bed, good water pressure. I enjoyed this place, and definitely will be back! Thank you!

The hotel is amazing and like taking a step into a more lavish time. The pub is amazing and has the most friendly staff. We watched the bartender diffuse a very aggressive condescending “Karen” with nothing but grace and professionalism. The food is amazing and service top notch. We will definitely be back!!
