Check in was at the building next door, which wasn’t advertised very clearly. The elevator was inoperable so we had to carry all bags up, which wasn’t a huge deal but inconvenient with a one year old. The restaurant was closed which made for very slim food options in town, glad we brought snacks! Overall wasn’t a horrible place for a quick one night stop on the way to our final destination.

Great location to walk to restaurants. Nice atmosphere and comfortable overall. Traffic noise was an issue with sleeping. View was of the parking lot and a construction area. Bed/bedding was comfy. Room temperature was great and easy to adjust. Room was very spacious. Spa tub didn’t work unfortunately, which was disappointing. Staff and instructions were also bit scarce at times.

The hotel is amazing and like taking a step into a more lavish time. The pub is amazing and has the most friendly staff. We watched the bartender diffuse a very aggressive condescending “Karen” with nothing but grace and professionalism. The food is amazing and service top notch. We will definitely be back!!

Upon arrival, no one was there to check me in. I figured it out, and went to the sister hotel, but additional signage would be good for the future. I learned that I was the only guest at the hotel, which left me feeling somewhat vulnerable. I would have liked to know that the front door would lock, it appeared open to all at all times I came/went. Room itself was fine, liked the fireplace feature, and the chair. In terms of style, I might suggest removing wallpaper and simply painting the walls/crown molding for a more modern look. It's ready for a revamp.
