“The room had a burned out light which they did not replace on request. The safety latch on the door was broken and they did not repair upon request.”

“We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast but we did get to experience the best staff member! He was so understanding and helpful, made the trip that started off rough turn out so great. Everyone in Ukiah in general was so great and a pleasure to meet, perfect AC in the bedroom, slept great in the bed!”

“The facility is rather new, very clean, and comfortable. The location isn’t the greatest but to have a kitchenette while on the road is definitely a plus. I’ve stayed at other ESA facilities further south on 101 and they get 1 Star reviews. This one is a good one!”

“This Inn was most enjoyable. Very helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable. The surrounding were well maintained and just beautiful. We had a 2nd floor room with a gas fireplace overlooking the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend.”

“Great location to walk to restaurants. Nice atmosphere and comfortable overall. Traffic noise was an issue with sleeping. View was of the parking lot and a construction area. Bed/bedding was comfy. Room temperature was great and easy to adjust. Room was very spacious. Spa tub didn’t work unfortunately, which was disappointing. Staff and instructions were also bit scarce at times.”
