“The customer service experience was horrible. They had no manager on property. The staff member all had different thing to say. The rooms didn’t have a way to secure the door from inside. The food was ok. ”

“The rooms are pretty much exactly how they look in pictures, bathrooms are a tad outdated though. The resort is small and cozy it’s amazing! During my stay there was barely any people, everyone got acquainted with one another very quickly because of how little people were there, perfect if you are looking for a relaxing stay that isn’t noisy. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful. Evelyn was really kind and offered us better Wi-Fi reception and even to take us around the city……
