“New building attractively designed & decorated with open, airy layout. Our room was large & clean, and all of the staff were extremely helpful. The internet went in & out, but the AC worked well. We also liked that there were scooters & bikes available for rent.”

“The room was being cleaned as we arrived and not deep cleaning. The staff didn’t speak any English so it was hard to discuss anything. The water didn’t work at all during our trip and we let them know at 8:30 pm and didn’t have water until morning. One of the beds didn’t have any covers. We put a complaint in and never heard back. The place is beautiful and great location. ”

“Expedia debe saber que este hotel me canceló la noche antes, diciendo que no tenían disponibilidad por whatssap, luego de yo tener todo listo, así que salí temprano al otro día porque nunca vi que expedia me cancelara y volví a comunicarme y me dijeron que no había habitación , tuve que parar en la carretera y reservar otro lugar . Esto nunca me había pasado . Expedia usó mis créditos en dinero y lo perdí, porque no lo pude usar en mi otra reserva. Esto es irrespetuoso y entiendo que esta……
