I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to senator Puerto Plata the service and customer care were absolutely terrible the staff incredibly rude innattentive and made us feel unsafe it was unprofessional I definitely don’t recommend this place and will not be returning

Don’t go to this resort it’s the worst to check in it took me 3 hours to check out 1 hour the tower are old and dirty the rooms are garbage everything is far the drinks are not national oh bad
