“Rooms were clean, the staff were really kind, the breakfast had some variety. Would stay again if I needed to go to Florence, South Carolina. Very walkable, in the downtown area.”

“The hotel pool amd rooms were nice, and there was a big variety for breakfast. Our toilet didn't work well, and the tub slanted inward to the middle but otherwise enjoyable.”

“My stay was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful on all the small things that can make travel stressful. From the moment I walked in they provided gold star service. Jenine, Kamesha (sp?), Hanna, and the rest of the staff were spectacular. I opening the spellings correct, my apologies if I did not. I would absolutely (and likely) stay again!”

“Loved everything”

“Clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Close proximity to local stores and restaurants, good breakfast offered, and easy access to highway for additional travel.”

“The room was not clean enough, the tabletop was not wiped clean.”

“The house keeping people”

“Have been disappointed with Marriott properties lately, both TownPlace and Courtyard. Reservations lost, poor maintenance and staff that seemed bothered to even respond to a question. Marriott, do better.”

“Room was beautiful and comfy. Staff was great!”

“super clean, quiet, food and good service!”

“Where do I begin? - The house was outdated. - There were a few items that were already broken. - Smelled musty and moldy. - Infestation of ants. - The bathroom tub sink was painted over and it was peeling. I texted, emailed whoever was my contact. I also chatted with Expedia, who I book the house with. No response except for Expedia, but no resolution they can do at the moment. I am very disappointed. Had to go and get ant spray and bait for the ants and febreze to take away the smell.”
