“Room was clean, bed was comfy. Bad experience at check-in. I was allowed to check-in early and my keycard worked. But I walked in on another guest(?) still in the room. Very embarrassing. I had to go down and ask for a different room. Did not use amenities so unable to review. Poorly stocked convenience items for purchase. Tried to buy drink and desk person said she did not know how to charge me. Nearby restaurant was good. Very convenient to convention center. Parking garage was very tight,……

“The breakfast was really delicious, the staff were rather friendly. There are some cons. They have water fountains, very pretty but some dont work and actually had trash in them. The bartender for the evening cocktail hour was overworked but also rude. I actually got upset and crued later. I didnt pay money to go on a trip and have a lady roll her eyes at me. Literally made me not want to go to cocktail hour one of the things that was a highlight of the hotwl.”
