There was no parking when staying there...our room was never cleaned or the towels replinished...had to pay to park or feed meters...wi fi was not included...the halls and elevators were dirty...tv did not work in the workout room and it was dirty

The room we booked was not available. Bathroom door close all the way and could not be locked.toilet was clogged. Phone in room didn’t work, so we had to walk to front desk for extra towels and inform them of the toilet problem.

Whenever I called the front desk, the operator was very rude and demeaning. I was polite and respectful. She set the tone for the rest of my stay, which was on par and reflective of this rest of my stay.

The shower "pull" on the tub faucet doesn't pull up all the way. So it drips a LOT of water into the tub instead of through the shower. We found a spent balloon behind the footstool under the bedstand. All else was in tip-top shape.
