“Great place to stay”

“It was a childhood dream to stay here, but reality did not live up to the dream. If all you care about is proximity to the park, then Breakers can’t be beat. We chose to stay despite the high price because we have some health issues and wanted to stay nearby in case any of those health concerns became problematic, so for our purposes it was perfect. “A beautiful resort!”

“The room wasn't ready on arrival(430 pm), we ended up having to eat on a patio at a restaurant with our pets. Room was "ready" at 7 pm, but the shower was clogged and other people's footprints and bleached towels were still in the bathroom. The exhaust fan also didnt work in the room. The staff came and cleared the drain(previous guest's hair clips and hair), but I ended up cleaning the tub myself. However, the staff were great, our dogs liked the grass patch that was available to them, and the……

“The TV didn't work, the toilet was broke, the AC sounded like it was on its last leg,the shower and bathroom vanity were very small. The breakfast was not good, the sausage was cold, I couldn't find milk for cereal and the toppings for oatmeal were raisins and chocolate chips. The breakfast was poor compared to other places we have stayed, definitely not worth the money.”
