“Expedia shows Sonora inn on the photos and I though that was where I booked my stay. When I arrived I realized that my hotel was not the one in the photo, the staff said the two hotels are owned by the same people. The difference in approach was stark and unexpected. I decided to stay at the Lumberjack since the rooms were renovated. The rooms were nice but had a bad odor, we had to buy incense to stay in it. The soap dispenser didn’t work, but other than that is was fine”

“When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on.
