The night staff and the day staff were always friendly, kind, and helpful. The drive from Yosemite was crazy to get to this quiet little town. The breakfast was good and similar to all the other breakfasts we had during our vacation.

Everything about our stay here was great! Make sure to bring air freshener with you though as the bathrooms have no fan. Excellent breakfast and 24 hour coffee! Couldnt ask for more! We were on the 2nd floor and the ice machine was on the first floor but we made that work. We would definitely stay here again!

We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites while visiting family in Jackson. The staff was friendly and professional, and the property, parking lot, room, common areas, and pool were clean and safe. The only things that would have made this stay a little better were lounge chairs in the pool area and a stronger bathroom fan. There was no place to lie by the pool, and the bathroom fan does not clear the steam from the shower very well. Otherwise, another nice stay!

Daytime staff were great, hotel generally clean and good, we liked the breakfast in particular. The night shift when we checked in was a bit unhelpful with getting us set up with a crib and we had to improvise a bit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub.

I reserved 2 rooms, staff was horribly to deal with regarding an early check in for my son’s wedding. When finally got into the room we found rancid moldy food in the refrigerator. They didn’t move us to another room but just removed the food. The smell remained. That was extremely poor customer service. I won’t be back.
