“heck in started at 3:00 and we arrived at 4:00 and they said our room wasn't ready and could we come back in 20 to 25 minutes. We did. Our reservation was for a studio with a king bed. When we returned they said they were going to upgrade us for our trouble, but when we went to the room it was a suite with a queen bed. I triCed several times to call the front desk and no one answered and I went down to the front desk where I was told the phones were not working and had not been working for 3……

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at The Loft on Center! The loft is even more beautiful in person—it was spotless, smelled amazing, and every detail of the decor was so thoughtfully done. It felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The hosts were wonderful as well. They were so kind and hospitable, responded quickly anytime we had a question, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying our stay.
