“The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.”

“Leslie made our check-in wonderful. She let us check in early because we got in early and she had our room ready to go. The staff were so nice. The bar staff were amazing. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel if I come back to Iowa I definitely will be staying here. My stay was amazing and I had no problems with anything”

“Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms. The reservation was accurate in terms of placing this on a ground floor. Restaurant in the hotel, but lots of things to do, shopping, etc. in the vicinity. Highly recommend.”

“I liked that it had all the capacity to make/eat meals. I liked the layout and comfortable furnishings to accommodate work/leisure, and the cable/streaming tv access. I liked the opaque and block-out shades. I liked the cleanliness and modern shower with easy access soaps and lotion. I liked the breakfast options for food and seating.”

“We stayed in a king bed room and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was a little wear and tear here and there and the body wash wasn’t filled, however the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was very nice! ”
