“very good hotel. Breakfast is very good”

“I very much enjoyed staying at The Loom Hotel! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, impeccably renovated and big thumbs up for the great breakfast and restaurant.”

“The room was okay, but it had a musty smell that made the stay less comfortable. I was also charged an additional $27, and I’m not sure what the charge was for. I tried calling to get clarification, but no one answered. The front desk staff member was nice, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel that much care or interest was shown toward my overall stay. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it also wasn’t particularly welcoming. There is definitely room for improvement.”

“The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again.”
