Very accommodating. We were able to check in early with no issue, they brought us extra blankets, and reached out to us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel and cleaning staff are so wonderful. The cleaning staff runs the place like the Navy.
Our room itself was cold and drafty. The older historic building has that drafty charm. Luckily, the hotel staff provided us with some space heaters to create more heat.
Coffee is always lovely from Poindexter and so is the staff. Outside of of cold room, the stay was lovely.
Great location and charming. Parking pricey for off site and the area outside the hotel is a little rough. Still it’s my favorite place to stay in Providence.
Beautiful old historic art deco building with an amazing atrium. Rooms also very unusually decorated, not at all the usual drab and unimaginative hot rooms. Very friendly front desk!
Our room was spacious, clean and modernized amidst some beautiful old-school features. I loved the attention to detail in the decor and artwork too. Overall a great place to stay, definitely would come back!
