“This inn was fabulous and the only reason I gave it less stars is because there wasn’t really staff but everything was ready for us and it’s a hidden gem in a great location! We loved sitting in front step and having our own bathroom!”

“Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again.”

“The room is very overpriced for what it is. The photos are deceiving. The room is very old and outdated and I would not stay there again or recommend it just because of its outrageously price for what it is.”
