“Room needed updating. The carpet was buckled and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The furniture also needed updating. There was no iron in the room. There was no elevator and it was a bit challenging to get to the room with luggage. Grounds were lovely.”

“The Boiling Springs, PA location is East Coast Americana at its vest, and the Allenbey property along the river is just a gem. Well maintained, pleasant staff, and a ton of amenities spread across a mix of restored pre civil war buildings abd bew room additions. Their ace attraction is a stretch of fly fishing perfect water on property right below a small dam that offers protected and stocked trout fly fishing year round. Heaven on earth.”

“Everything was clean there. Property was well maintained. Hostess was informative and very accommodating. Excellent, hearty breakfast! Very quiet atmosphere as well. First B&B for me! Will go back for some me time, just don’t prefer sharing a refrigerator & kitchen. I don’t think I’ll seek another B&B. This one was fine and will be my go-to. God bless you, Gina.”
