Check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and we had a great view of the river. The parking garage is easy to access, and in-out privileges made it perfect for us to attend our event. The next morning, we visited the restaurant for breakfast (not included); it was worth the extra money for table service, higher-grade menu items, and a custom omelet station.

Stayed for a night. Nice comfortable hotel and the parking garage wasn’t too bad. Although people mentioned you have to go to the arcade level to cross over to the hotel, you don’t go into one necessarily if you can walk up a very short flight of stairs of 10 steps. We didn’t need the ramp which may have been near the arcade area. The only frustrating thing during our stay was 1-2 out of 3 elevators were working at a time.
