    "Great hotel."
Loved the hotel, great location for shops, restaurants and sight seeing. Best one we've stayed in so far in center city. Free wifi, clean rooms, friendly staff and breakfast was nice at bank and bourbon restaurant there. Will definitely stay there next time.

"Nice hotel, wish I knew more before I arrived"
Because they don't staff a doorman or bellman, it was difficult to unload our luggage or know where to park the car. I wish I had known before hand what I needed to do or where to go. After I asked for help with our luggage, it still took 10 minutes before help arrived. The staff was uber friendly and the facility was nice. The location was great. The room was small and missing an iron and ironing board which required 2 calls to the front desk and 40 minutes to get. overall, it was just an okay experience.

    "Presidents Weekend Getaway"
This was our first trip to Philadelphia and we chose Sofitel hotel based upon the reviews given. We were not disappointed at all. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated very nicely. We arrived early and asked about early check in, our room wasn't available just yet however they checked our bags, valeted our car and said they would call us when it was ready. We took in the historic sites and true to word within an hour they called saying our room was ready, almost 3 hours before check in time! Our room was clean with ample towels and the climate was perfect. We were on the top floor and although we did not have a "View", we were not looking to book a room with a view of the skyline. Concierge was extremely helpful in giving us recommendations for nearby restaurants for dinner they also arranged for a shuttle to pick us up on our next day of sightseeing. Breakfast was included in our room and the buffet was absolutely perfect. BTW I never had a better cup of coffee in my life and wanted to sit there drinking it all morning! The staff was very friendly and professional.

"Beautiful hotel right on the point"
Came to Pittsburgh on a weekend for a hockey game and some exploration. Everything was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great views over the Point Park and rivers. 5 elevators that can handle busy weekend events.

"Great hotel in a hidden jewel of a city"
First of all, I would recommend a trip to Pittsburgh for everyone. Regardless of your interest, the city is likely to have it; from great parks to beautiful bridges and architecture to shopping. A truly spectacular under-the-radar city. My wife and I like to travel and I wasn't sure what to expect when we made reservations for the Omni William Penn. We have stayed in downtown hotels that were lovely and some that were run down and living off of their reputation from 50 years ago. When we walked in to our room, my wife commented that this is the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The lobby speaks back to the golden age of grand hotels with a gilded ceiling and ornate chandeliers in a spacious setting. Our room featured a king-sized bed, two bathrooms, a large-screen TV and other amenities including free newspapers. One night I went to a Penguins game while my wife stayed in our room. The arena was walking distance (and Heinz Field and PNC Park are also walkable though not as close as PPG Glass Arena. Everything about our stay was better than expected. I strongly recommend anyone who is visiting Pittsburgh to consider staying at the Omni William Penn Hotel.

"Great Hotel, but issues with elevator noise"
My room (1 Bed Suite) lied directly behind 2 of the 4 elevator shafts. Every time an elevator moved, you'd hear a loud roar in the room. Eventually you get used to it, but it would have been nice to not have to deal with that. Hopefully they'll get the walls/shaft soundproofed in the future. Otherwise, the room was clean, in good shape, and the staff were nice.
