I loved my stay if I’m ever back in Pittsburgh with another person I’ll definitely book here again

Overall, this was a fine stay. The front desk and restaurant staff were standouts with their service and cheerfulness. I found the timing of housekeeping to be strange. I checked in very, very late on my check-in date and was out the entirety of the next day. When I returned, the room had not been made up. I then went out the next morning, returning midday. The room had still not been touched, and then housekeeping came around 4 p.m. when I was relaxing, so that didn't work for me. I checked out the next morning, so suffice it to say, I had a lackluster experience specifically when it came to housekeeping. Otherwise, the room was clean when I checked in, and I enjoyed my stay and time in Pittsburgh. Oh, and I wish room service were available. I called down for it one morning and was told it was unavailable. Because there are so many restaurants in the area, I grabbed something on my way to my appointments.
