Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. Hi, everyone was really helpful and just really nice, our flights had been delayed and our connection was cancelled, the youung red haired girl on reception was so nice and got us a glass of prosecco, just what we needed 😊. The breakfast was good but did notice that only some of the hot food was under lamps so some wasn't very warm, the staff were very friendly and helful and the food quality was good, the food in the bar good and reasonably priced, we had a lovely stay and would stay again if we go back to Amsterdam.

Beautiful hotel just outside the tourist area. Cozy room with all the amenities. Lovely restaurant and bar.
