The hotel is located in a tourist area. You can find many cheap restaurants with high-quality foods and supermarkets near the hotel. The Abu Dhabi mall is 20 min walk from the hotel. There is a mosque 20 meters close to the hotel and you can have free unlimited drinking water from the mosque for 24h. The Price and quality of the hotel are very good in Abu Dhabi compared to other international hotels around the world!!!!

property is below average don’t get fooled by the pictures I reserved it because it said it was VIP they didn’t offer Any upgrades. The pool was below average. I ordered room service, Breakfast and the guy said pay me cash which kind of sounded shady. Never had that happen before.

It's a nice hotel, but if you are looking for a luxurious stay check others 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was a bit limited and there isn’t much around the hotel

It was close to the beach and a lot of markets and stores, but once you get in you see dinning area next to reception and entrance and you smell the foods. Not a real 5 star hotel.

Really good property. The bed was incredibly comfortable and very big. Couldn’t hear any noise from the main road outside. Really nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

On a one week business trip, I found the hotel staff very professional and helpful. For instance, the Front Office staff were able to resolve any queries or requests with great speed and to my needs. They also went an extra step further and gave me suggestions to make my experience in Abu Dhabi even more memorable. For instance, when I asked for suggestions on Indian restaurants, I was given recommendations for other cuisine as well. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly responsive. Special mentions to Muzommil who absolutely addressed my requests with a most professional approach. I had a query about the TV remote control - he looked into the issue immediately, realised that it needed a technician and he called the technician. The technician arrived within 5 minutes while Muzommil observed to ensure a positive end result. Absolutely over and above his duties. Equally, I had a query about the room temperature and he came to the room and explained the operation of the AC system (not my strength) very clearly. Overall, the experience of staying in this hotel was very enjoyable and well worth the value. The room itself was a decently large size, the overhead shower had wide coverage, the bathroom and bedroom were clean and as I say above, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.
