In general this is a really good hotel but there are some things they could improve:
1. They can use plastic cards for the towels instead of a piece of paper that easily gets wet.
2. The food at the restaurant can improve by providing vegano food and some options for diabetic people.
3. The hotel provides entertainment for children only during weekends, they should also have something for young adults such as as pool volleyball or games like bingo.

Club 89 is not a thing anymore. Do not spend the extra $$ for the experience. Restaurants closed on days for dinner when they are supposed to be open (frustrating for the all inclusive package). Wish these details were included on the website so we could plan our stay better. Had no idea what the all inclusive package included until arrival.
