“The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).”

“We were there just as overnight guests. We attended a wedding nearby so ot worked out perfect.”

“Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies.”

“Nice, small great value place short walk to downtown couldn’t be happier with my choice”

“This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. One bedroom has a king and queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. It is a great neighborhood, about a 15 min. walk to all the great shopping and……

“The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,……

“Host was quick to contact and easy parking. Will stay here again. Great price for the area!”

“Great location and easy to use!”

“This small studio has a fun, industrial, and newly renovated vibe. We loved the record player and selection of LPs from the 70s and 80s. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's near two parking garages, one of which has an EV charger. The location is fairly central to key Grand Rapids museums and events, within walking or a short driving distance. It is located in the basement, with a large window looking out at a locked exterior stairwell, but the light is good, and there is a darkening shade.……

“The property has a very cool vibe. We were in town for a show at Acrisure Ampitheater. It was very convenient to the venue and the downtown area. Troy was a great host, answered messages through the app and called to see if our check in process went smoothly.”

“Great modern place with everything you need in a wonderful location! Would surely stay again!”

“Communication with the host was great! He checked in on us daily to make sure there weren't any issues or questions for him to handle. The location is within walking distance of the riverfront walkway and several restaurants. The property is nicely decorated and well-appointed. The only reason for not giving it a five-stars rating is that the floor in one small area of the house is uneven; near the corner of a room between a bedroom and one of the bathrooms. While it could be a hazard for……

“Stocked with everything you’d need, great location and communication. We will stay again!”
