"Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!!"

"Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. No real issues. Would line suggest a toaster for the kitchen. None was available. The front porch inside ceiling needs to be attached properly. The wind was blowing hard over the two days and it rattled so hard it sounded like a drill was being used outside the front door. Other than that all was great. Thank you!"

"Quiet area. Small neighborhood of one story condos- probably many of them are rentals. Clean. Bed comfortable. One bedroom with attached bathroom. One bedroom with bathroom in the hall. Washer and dryer in that bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, no sugar, coffee filters. Someone left coffee behind. Attached garage was great. The unit we stayed in did not look like the photo. The kitchen was located behind the sofa. Open to the living room. Furniture was almost the same. No orange...

"Great location! Located in an easy to access area and close to many shopping opportunities and activities. Quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and as pictured. Host was responsive to our needs (didn't have Wi-Fi service to access information when we arrived)"

"Good location and nice condo. Neighborhood was noisy ( maybe more so for me because I live in the country). I tried to keep my dog with me but he was freaked out by the noise so I had to make other arrangements for his care. The unit had everything necessary for a long stay. My only complaint would be the fact that the unit is almost all carpeted except for the kitchen. Allowing pets in a rental with carpet is not the best idea.i felt there was a slight odor when you first enter the unit...

"Could not use the dryer in the laundry room for 2 weeks. After reporting this to the property manager, mechanic did not come right away, but only after a couple of days. Dryer made loud banging noise when in operation. Also during the night there was a banging noise in the condo next to ours, so disturbing nights for us"
