Adona Vacations from $386

The room was clean and the location was great, but the toilet ran nonstop… I complained to the front desk after the first night of no sleep and they told me they would get it fixed… They did not… My second night of sleep I was up all night because it literally ran every five minutes… And it was loud… They ignored my request and I wasted my relaxation weekend… I asked for my room to be comped so that I could come back and stay for two more nights and actually get some rest and my request was declined… Do not rent from here because they do not care about your comfort… oh, and the breakfast was absolutely horrible… No creamer for the coffee… Just half-and-half… Do not recommend

Chef April prepared a wonderful breakfast. Keep an eye out for a pre-checkin email where you can describe any dietary restrictions.

It was a cute, cozy place, and it seems like it was once very nice and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we noticed a few issues during our stay. The sheets provided for the pull-out bed had not been cleaned, and one of the pillows had a blood stain. We reported this and were given fresh sheets and bedding, which we appreciated. On the patio, one of the windows appeared to have been cracked or broken previously and had simply been covered with tape rather than replaced. We also stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the shower in the bedroom with the king bed did not have hot water. Since it was late and we were leaving the next day, we used the other shower instead. Overall, the property has a cute and cozy atmosphere, but it feels a bit run-down and could use some maintenance and attention to detail. With a little upkeep and better attention to cleanliness, it could be a much nicer place to stay.
