In this crazy time with Coronavirus I was impressed with how everyone handled the situation. Due to an in Flight situation our pilot was not able to get us to our connecting Airport on time therefore I missed my connecting flight. The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful getting me rebooked on the earliest flight the next morning and making sure I got my food vouchers and hotel voucher to keep me comfortable and out of the crowds at the airport for that evening. Kudos to all your staff for keeping their cool while many passengers around them or losing it.
It was all basic, but adequate. Not much service because people afraid to touch other people or things. This is understandable.
The flight attendant on the flight from Burlington to Detroit didn’t wear gloves while picking up trash. I feel that she was not protecting herself and any germs on her hands whatever she touched after this duty she contaminated as well. Think gloves should be a must for your employees while picking up contaminated things. Even if she did wash her hands after gloves for this job would have kept her that much more out of risk of cross contamination.
Loved the check in and the digital boarding pass!

I must say that I was not pleased with having to check my carry-on into checked luggage in Dallas. I don't mind ramp checking and retrieval, but one of the major reasons to NOT check a bag is to avoid the baggage carousels.
