“Staff were incredible offered a lift to the bus stop where we were travelling from for much cheaper than taxi, very able to help and accommodating, made our experience much better!”

“Definitely wouldn’t classify this hotel as a 5 star. Although some staff were lovely, there wasn’t much incentive or effort with service. Upon arrival our shower was dirty with sand/dirt. Steep hills and there weren’t always buggy’s available. But again it’s pretty much down to service staff are very nonchalant.”

“The woman working at the front desk when we arrived was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. And she spoke multiple languages. The room was pleasant with a nice balcony. However it was a bit small for packing our suitcases.”

“Our room was filthy, the toilet was leaking obto the floor. The bathroom was mouldy. The smell in the room was bleach. There were hairs on the floor and when we arrived the power did not work. We went down to check on this and the reception staff told us to wait a minute- we walked away with a used set of plates and came back 5-10 mins later, only to tell us to sort it out ourselves as he had guests to check in- who arrived only 1 min before he got back. Rude staff on check out too, asked to……

“Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€.”
