“Overall we had an enjoyable 10-day stay as both the location and the main house was great for my family and the host Alexandre was accommodating with some extra requests including renting out the guesthouse for an extra person.That said, we had a few issues to deal with as we were the first guests of the season. “This villa is lovely with a beautiful view of the sea. Four couples were very comfortable. Pool area is very nice however some shrubs could be moved to allow for more chairs around the pool and access to the hot tub area. Local restaurants were great and a short albeit somewhat dangerous (narrow roads no sidewalks lots of traffic) 10 minutes walk away.The main complaint is the very steep climb to get to the villa from the road. This was not mentioned in the ad and for some of us the climb was……

“What a beautiful clean and well equipped villa! It was a real home from home and more. We were the first guests of the season so the weather wasn’t as hot as it’s going to get, however, we still used the pool.If we had one negative, it would be that we should have booked two weeks instead of one:-)Alan is an amazing host and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much.The walk to Kassiopi really is only 10 minutes with a path all the way, Kassiopi is beautiful town/village with a real relaxing……

“Scenery is stunning and pool was fabulous. Provision of outdoor furniture was very good. Great to have air conditioning however only one working controller to service two bedrooms on different floors was not ideal. Decent sized fridge but otherwise very poorly equipped kitchen with lack of glasses and utensils. No basic condiments or welcome pack provided. We arrived on a late flight and there wasn’t so much as bottled drinking water provided. The advertised dishwasher did not exist (I think……

“The villa is lovely, the view from the villa is beautiful. The welcome package and amenities were excellent. The pool area is very nice but lacks a kitchenette or fridge. You have to go back to the house (one floor) to get a drink or snack. Having access to the secluded beach is nice but it should be noted day trippers with small boats usually try to land here especially on the weekends. The owner of the house was very communicative and came often if we needed something(like changing the broken……
