Lots of issues with the room with numerous things broken including the air conditioning. The hotel was already aware of this. As we found a card on the door with all the faults on and they put us in the room anyway. They were not great at getting things resolved would not stay again.

Solid resort.
One improvement could be made easily is to extend towels stations hours. They are open only from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and then from 1:30pm to 6:00pm.
Another big improvement needs to be made due to the safety: door to the bathroom and door to the shower open same direction, and you are hitting your glass door to the handle of bathroom door if it is open or someone walks in.

Staff are friendly but in the buffet rushed off their feet. Buffet food variety isn’t great. A la cartes are good but not worth the extra cost. Hotel needs a refresh, carpets are stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles by the pool etc. A good budget holiday break but not an ultra all-inclusive resort.

"Room and food service was excellent but inclusives are not enough. Forexample icecream is worst than mcflurry and only one option available, they should have given real icecream with more options its not so hard to serve this. Another one is alcohol.
