“Fully equipped kitchen, lots of sleeping space, spotlessly clean, and the location—right on the river! The freighters never stopped coming and were so close you could practically touch them!!”

“Literally, last minute reservation when another hotel messed up, our reservation. We were treated very well at checkin. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us straighten out a scheduling debacle. The next morning we were treated like family and it truly relieved a tremendous amount of stress our family was under. We loved our stay.”

“I needed an early check in about 1 hour before as I had a meeting at check in time. Called ahead hours before while driving but no one could accommodate as they had been full the night before, but I figured at least one room might have been ready! One hour to me is not a lot to ask. So I couldn’t change or quickly shower and took all my belongings with me. Wish I could have had that early check in to prepare.”

“The shower didn't work. I turned on the water and only 2 dribbles of water came out of the shower head.”

“The room was clean and air-conditioning is what I needed. My power was out at home so I booked a room. Ice machine was broke, only one for 3 floors. Elevator looked like someone had kicked it in and duct taped. No air in hallways, outside yard area was weeds. Vending machine had soda, no bottled water. Bath towels are the small towels, ok for a kid but not adults. Pressed the wrong button on the tv and maintenance had to come with a different remote to restore the picture. I was thankful……
