“Place is a dump”

“Breakfast was horrible. And I was supposed to be in the hot tub and wasn't they told me I would have to pay more.”

“Todo estaba limpio el cuarto super como. Pero nose si hay habitaciones para fumadores tambien que se sentia olor a cigarrillo por todo el hotel. Al cuarto no le funcionaba el tv y nos enteramos el mismo dia . Aunque los empleados eran muy serviciales nadie hablaba español que es una falla porque podiamos a verle comentado lo del olor pero al no podernos comunicar bien con ellos no lo hicimos. De lo demas muy bien y para el costo fue excelente.”

“I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit North - Roseville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was convenient for work and travel around the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.”

“The hotel was beautiful on the inside. I was worried when I saw the outside. Biggest negative was the group of people who hung out at the bus bench outside our window. They were loud all night. Would keep me from ever staying there again, unless I knew to stay on a higher floor”

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience.……

“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure……

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……
